What decides it
Resolves Yes if the highest 'Temp' reading NOAA records at Lucknow airport (VILK) on 19 Oct 2026 is 32°C, in whole °C. Otherwise it resolves No. If NOAA data is missing, Weather Underground is used. If neither has data, the market resolves to the lowest bracket.
