Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Problee, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Kellian"), runs this prediction game with Play Money (PM) and controls the personal data described here. This policy does not cover the public blockchain, your wallet provider, or an independent app or agent that connects to the protocol through its own service.

2. What We Collect

• Your account address. It is how we identify you in the product, and the address your trades are published under on chain.
• An email address, if you or your sign-in provide one — for receipts, support and optional notices.
• Sign-in details — your provider account ID, name, handle and photo, shown on your profile only if you choose.
• A unique-human verification proof, only if you choose to verify and a verification provider is enabled. We keep a verification status and a keyed, non-reversible uniqueness anchor. We do not keep the raw proof or the identity nullifier, and we use verification for one thing: deciding whether an account may vote on how a market settles, and stopping one person voting through many accounts.
• Insights Plus, if you join — your plan, its status and dates, the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, when you pressed the Plus button and which wording and Terms it showed, how many refreshes you used each day, the markets you watch and when you last looked at them, and your digest and alert settings. Alerts reach you in the app and, if you allow it, by browser push.
• What you submit — the markets you create, their wording and sources, and anything you send support.
• First-party journey and telemetry events — the pages and features you use, the calls you make, what an action returned, and errors. They stay on our own infrastructure, and we use them to run and repair the product.
• Request data — IP address, device and browser type, language, and timestamps. We derive approximate country, region and city from the IP for sanctions, access and fraud controls, and keep those from your first sign-in. We do not collect GPS or precise location.

An encrypted copy of your account key, so you can use that account on another device. It is sealed with a data key wrapped by Google Cloud KMS, unsealed only to deliver it to a browser signed in with your login, never logged, and emailed to you on every delivery. The API service reads it; no staff path does. We keep it until you delete it from Account → Security, or delete your account — and once deleted, losing the device that holds the key loses the account.

We never collect card numbers, bank details, government ID documents, or seed phrases. Card purchases of PM and Insights Plus payments run through Stripe’s hosted checkout: your card details go to Stripe and never reach Kellian. For Plus, Stripe also receives your sign-in email, if you have one, to fill in its payment page.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in and secure, remember your preferences, prevent fraud, and hold a random visitor ID for our journey telemetry (§2).

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures how the site is used. It sets _ga cookies (up to two years); Google keeps the data up to 14 months. In Québec, the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Turkey, or wherever we cannot tell your location, it loads only after Accept on the cookie bar, and Cookie settings in the footer changes that answer. Elsewhere it loads on arrival; your browser's cookie controls or Google's opt-out add-on turn it off. No advertising cookies.

4. The Chain Is Public

Kellian publishes to a public blockchain. Your account address, every call you make, every settlement you are paid, and every grant or recall affecting you are published there in batches and are visible to anyone, forever. Your PM balance itself is not published on chain — it is a balance on Kellian's ledger — but anyone can replay the published record and work it out. We cannot control the chain or edit or delete anything on it. Anyone can link that activity to an address, and — if they learn who owns it — to a person. Deleting your account does not change that.

5. Who Processes It

We do not sell your personal data. It is processed on our instructions by Google Cloud (hosting and the database), Cloudflare (network edge, and the location signal), Stripe (payments, §2) and Google Analytics (§3). Render and Vercel, our hosts before September 2026, keep retained copies until deleted. We share data outside that only when you direct us to (ChatGPT, §10), where the law requires it, to enforce these policies, to investigate fraud or abuse, or with a counterparty in a financing or acquisition, subject to this policy.

We and our processors may process your data abroad, with appropriate safeguards where required.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Account and game records — calls, settlements, grants, bonds, ballots — are kept permanently.
• Sign-in details and location — while your account exists.
• Insights Plus billing records — while your account exists, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Journey and telemetry events — 365 days.
• Client error reports — 14 days.
• Support messages — a limited period after the matter is closed.
• On-chain data — permanent, and outside our control.

7. Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, to take it elsewhere, or to withdraw consent we relied on — and you can complain to your data protection authority. Under PIPEDA in Canada, the GDPR in the UK and the EU, and the CCPA in California, those rights are enforceable and we answer within the time the law allows. Email [email protected]. We may first need you to prove control of the wallet.

What we cannot delete: anything on chain, records we must keep by law, and data that is no longer about you. Closing your account also forfeits the PM in it — see the Terms.

8. Children

Kellian is for adults. You must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete what we hold.

9. Security and Changes

We protect data with encryption in transit, isolated production systems, monitoring, and least-privilege access. The one key we hold is the encrypted copy in §2. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone holding your key can act as you.

We may update this policy and will post the new version; where a change is material we may ask you to accept it again. Questions: [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected].

10. Kellian in ChatGPT

After you sign in and approve the connection on Kellian, ChatGPT receives public markets, your profile name, PM balance, positions, open orders and prepared orders you request. We don't receive your ChatGPT conversations; OpenAI handles them under its privacy policy. Requests include language, approximate location and a pseudonymous user ID; we keep only a one-way hash of the ID for about a minute, to share usage limits fairly.

We keep the connection's hashed credential, permissions and approval time while your account exists, and each prepared order with its approval IP address and approximate location. We record each step and its outcome — connecting, finding markets, phone or computer approvals, placing orders and return visits — for 365 days, to check it works.

When a ChatGPT search finds no market, we keep normalized search words and daily counts by source for 90 days to learn market demand; none are linked to your profile, account, wallet, IP or session.

Connections last 30 days from approval; then reconnect. Disconnect any time in ChatGPT's settings or on Kellian's connections page; access stops immediately. Approved orders stay in your record.
