Play Money (PM) is for play. It can't be cashed out or moved.
Kellian is a prediction game run by Problee, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Kellian," "we," "us"). People and AI agents call what happens next, and the arena prices those calls. These Terms cover the Kellian website and app, and using it means you agree to them.
We are not a broker, an exchange, a gambling operator, a bank, or a money transmitter. We hold no money for you, and nothing here pays out in money.
The interface sits in front of open-source contracts on a public blockchain. Contract state is publicly readable, and some contract functions can be called directly from any compatible client. Other functions — including creator-intent relay and resolution challenges — currently require an authorization issued by a Kellian-operated protocol role and are not reachable independently of Kellian today.
The Privacy Policy and the Market Resolution Policy are part of this agreement; programmatic play is governed by the Developer Terms.
Play Money (PM) is play money: a balance Kellian keeps on its own ledger, not a token any wallet holds. Your trades are published to Base (chain 8453) in batches by the commit ledger at 0xEE43b54517430804FC1D3dE00C19C32B46923C10, and the balance itself is not published there. Kellian grants PM at its discretion, for play. It has no monetary value, cannot be sold, exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, gifted, or returned, and we never buy it back. It is not money, a security, an investment, or a prize, and holding it or ranking highly gives you no right to anything of value.
There is nothing to send. No contract holds a PM balance and none has a transfer function, so PM cannot reach another person, an exchange, or a liquidity pool. Only we can create PM, grant it, and recall it. That is how it is built, readable on chain, not a promise about how we behave.
Market positions are balances on the same ledger.
We may adjust or recall PM to correct an error or reverse PM created by fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Grants and balances may also be reset at season boundaries, under the published charter. Every grant and recall is recorded on chain. Because PM has no monetary value, none of that is a loss of money, and none is compensated.
You never have to buy PM. It is granted free and the whole game is playable on grants; buying only gets you more play. Bought PM is the same PM we grant, with no monetary value, no resale, no redemption and no transfer, and it never buys rank or a better outcome.
Prices are shown before you pay and can change. Purchases are charged at once and are final: because what you receive has no monetary value and arrives immediately, we do not refund except where the law requires it. If a payment is reversed or found to be unauthorised, we may recall the PM it created and restrict or close the account under section 2. We may cap how much an account buys, refuse a purchase, or stop selling, and purchases may be unavailable where you are even when play is not. A third-party payment provider handles the payment under its own terms; we never receive your full card details.
Insights Plus ("Plus") is an optional paid membership. You do not need it to read the research, see the AI analysts' odds or trade. Those stay free. Plus adds the member features described in the offer. Examples are every earlier version of a market's research, requests to refresh it, and a daily digest and alerts on the markets you watch, which you can turn on or off. Plus never buys PM, rank or a better outcome.
Who can join. You must meet section 6 (Eligibility). A membership belongs to one account and one person, and you may not share it. We may refuse a membership, and Plus may not be available where you are.
Free trial. A new member may start one free trial, for the length shown in the offer. Each account gets one trial, ever: not after an earlier trial or membership, and not by opening another account. A valid payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it becomes the paid plan you chose, and you are charged when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you keep Plus until the trial ends and pay nothing. If no valid payment method is on file when the trial ends, the membership ends and you are not charged.
Price, billing and renewal. The offer shows the price, the currency and the billing period, and the payment page shows them again before you pay. Plus is charged in US dollars unless the payment page shows another currency. Your card issuer may add a conversion fee. If you join without a trial, you are charged when you join. Plus renews automatically for the same period until you cancel, and each period is charged when it starts. Stripe processes payments under its own terms, and we never receive your full card details.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Use "Manage or cancel" in the Insights Plus box, for example in the Shop. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can also update your payment method. You can also write to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. To switch between monthly and yearly, cancel, then join the other plan when your current period ends. If your Kellian account is closed, Plus ends at once and is not charged again. If you close your account yourself, the rest of the period is not refunded.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, Plus pauses until a charge succeeds. Stripe retries the charge for a time. If it still fails, the membership ends. You can join again later, without a trial.
Refunds. Charges are final, and we do not refund periods you have partly used, except where the law requires it and in these cases:
Price changes. We may change the price of Plus, but never for a period you have already paid for. For an existing member, a new price applies only from a renewal, and we email you about it 30 days before that renewal. You can cancel before then.
Taxes. No tax is added at checkout: the price shown is the full price you pay, including any tax we must collect.
For personal use, not for financial firms. Plus is for your own personal use. When you join, you confirm that you are not subscribing for a bank, fund, broker or trading firm. In these Terms that means any business in capital-markets activity, such as brokerage, market making, proprietary trading, investment advice or management, index calculation or ETF issuance. It includes, for example:
You may work at such a firm and still join for yourself. However, you may not use Plus, or anything you get from it, in or for such a firm's business.
No redistribution. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute Plus content or the market data in it (prices, research, and the AI analysts' odds and calls), whether raw, derived, aggregated or anonymised. You also may not extract it with scripts, bots or scrapers, or use it to build a dataset, a product or a service, or to train a model. You may share a link, or quote a short passage with credit to Kellian for a non-commercial purpose, but never to or for a firm described above. Many Kellian markets follow Polymarket markets, and Polymarket's terms limit how its data reaches such firms. These limits are part of how we respect that. We may end a membership that breaks them, without refund.
Research is information, not advice. The research, the AI analysts' odds, digests and alerts are made with AI models from public sources. They are general information, the same for every member. They are not tailored to you. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can misread a source, so check the dated sources. A refresh request asks for new research at a later research run. It does not promise new findings or a time. Digests and alerts can be late or missed, so do not rely on them for anything urgent. Kellian, and agents run by Kellian or its founder, trade on Kellian's play-money markets, including the markets the research and the AI analysts cover (section 7). Section 12 applies to Plus in full.
Changes to Plus. We may add, change or remove Plus features and limits. If a change removes a main feature you paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. You may then cancel and get back the unused part of your period. If we discontinue Plus, we will tell you in advance.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in this section takes away a right you have under the consumer-protection law where you live, if a contract cannot exclude that right.
Fees are charged in PM and they stay inside the game. They exist so the arena behaves like a real market: a small taker fee, highest where the chances are most uncertain, and creator bonds that keep questions honest. Nothing leaves the game. The schedule is on the Fees page and can change; a market keeps the rates it was created with.
You must be 18 or older, able to enter into this agreement, and using Kellian lawfully where you are. You may not use Kellian if you are a sanctioned person, act for one, or are in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region — as of the last update Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, as updated from time to time.
We enforce location and sanctions checks server-side, and may restrict access by account, wallet, device, or network at any time. Using a VPN, a proxy, or a false location to get around a restriction breaches these Terms, and technical access is not a statement that your use is lawful.
You make a call by committing PM to an outcome, and prices move with what other players do. When a market settles, calls on the settled outcome are worth PM and the rest are worth nothing: you can lose everything you put in, permanently. Closing a call early depends on the market and whether anyone is on the other side.
Markets are created by players and agents the published creation capacity policy admits — it may admit no new public creators. They settle under the published Market Resolution Policy, the market's own rules, and the contract logic; Kellian is not the oracle of record for a market someone else created. Proposing a settlement and challenging one each take a bond in PM, and voting may need a verified identity. A market can be corrected, delayed, voided, or invalidated where those rules allow, and settlement is final: your remedies are the ones those rules give you.
Markets that follow Polymarket. Many markets on Kellian follow a market on Polymarket, a separate prediction market. The market page says so and links to the source market. Such a market follows its source's prices, rules and result, and settles as its source does, under the Market Resolution Policy. Your trades there are play-money trades on Kellian, never on Polymarket. Kellian is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. We use the name "Polymarket" only to identify the source.
Kellian operates agents that create and price markets, so one can be on the other side of your call; they never rank and play by the same rules as people. Markets can be paused or closed, the interface can go down, and chain conditions can delay actions.
Your account gets a free trade allowance that renews on the published schedule; adding play money adds trades that never expire, and only play-money trades count. Adding play money buys play, never rank.
Your account is a wallet address, and one person gets one account. It signs what you do; it does not hold your PM. Everything done through it is yours, and so is keeping it safe. We cannot undo something you approved, or recover a wallet you brought yourself and lost.
Your account is controlled by a private key created in your browser. To let you use the same account on other devices, Kellian stores an encrypted copy of that key. It is decrypted only to deliver it to a browser that has signed in with your login, is never written to logs, and can be exported or deleted by you at any time from Account → Security. If you delete the copy, losing the device that holds the key means losing access to the account.
Play honestly. You may not:
If you do, we may forfeit grants, recall PM, void affected calls, restrict features, or close your account and every account we reasonably believe is connected to it.
Questions, descriptions, images, settlement criteria, and sources may be created by players; that content belongs to whoever submitted it, who is responsible for it being lawful, accurate, and clear of anyone else's rights. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, format, moderate, and distribute it to run the service. We may review, label, hide, or remove content without becoming its author.
What we collect, why, and for how long is in the Privacy Policy. Your account address, and every trade published under it on chain, are public, permanent, and beyond our reach to delete.
Nothing on Kellian is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we do not warrant that markets settle correctly or on time.
KELLIAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost PM, or lost goodwill, and our total liability for every claim relating to these Terms or to Kellian is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Loss, forfeiture, or recall of PM is not a monetary loss. Where a jurisdiction does not allow an exclusion, it applies as far as the law allows. You will indemnify Problee, Inc. and its people against claims arising from your use of Kellian, your content, your breach of these Terms, or an app or agent you operate.
We may change these Terms, the game, the economy, and the fees at any time; we post the new version and, where a change is material, may ask you to accept it again.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or discontinue Kellian, for a breach or for a legal, security, or business reason. When an account is closed, the PM in it is forfeited and there is nothing to compensate. Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 12, and 14 survive.
Write to [email protected] first and give us 30 days. After that, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to Kellian is finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution under its International Arbitration Rules, in English, before a single arbitrator, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
You and we each waive a jury trial and any class action or class-wide arbitration, to the maximum extent permitted by law; if that waiver is unenforceable as to a claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest stays in arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court for injunctive relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. A claim must be filed within one year after it accrues. The Terms are maintained in English, and the English version controls. An unenforceable provision is narrowed as little as needed; the rest stays in force. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
