Resolution criteria
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, a qualifying Dota 2 tournament is officially canceled or postponed. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, a "qualifying tournament" is any Dota 2 tournament listed as Tier 1 or Tier 2 on Liquipedia (https://liquipedia.net/dota2/Tier_1_Tournaments and https://liquipedia.net/dota2/Tier_2_Tournaments) at market creation, whose scheduled dates at market creation fall at least partly between market creation and December 31, 2026. A tournament will be considered "postponed" if its organizer officially moves its start date, or the start date of any remaining stage, to a date at least 7 calendar days later than scheduled at market creation. A tournament will be considered "canceled" if its organizer officially announces that it will not take place or will not be completed. Changes only to the format, venue, online or offline status, participating teams, or prize pool will not qualify. Delays within a single day, or rescheduling of individual matches, will not qualify. The announcement of a cancellation or postponement must be made within this market's timeframe. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizers; however, a consensus of credible reporting, including Liquipedia, may also be used.
