What decides it

MiniMax resolves Yes if it is the second-ranked lab (by 'Lab Rank') in the arena.ai Code Arena | WebDev leaderboard, filtered for 'Labs' (https://arena.ai/leaderboard/code/webdev?rankBy=labs), when the table is checked on November 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. Otherwise it resolves No. Models marked 'AutoEval' are ignored. Ties are broken by the labs' best model in the 'Models' view, then by listing order, then alphabetically by lab name.
