What decides it

Resolves Yes if the highest 'Temp' reading on NOAA's weather.gov/wrh/timeseries page for ZBAA (Beijing Capital Airport) on 19 Oct 2026 is 19°C, in whole °C. Otherwise it resolves to the bracket that contains the actual high. If NOAA data is missing by 11:59 PM ET on the next day, Weather Underground is used. If neither has data, it resolves to the lowest bracket.
