What decides it

Resolves Yes if the highest 'Temp' reading on NOAA's weather.gov timeseries for RKSI (Incheon Intl Airport) on 17 Oct 2026 is 25°C, in whole °C. Otherwise it resolves No. If NOAA data is missing, Weather Underground is used. If there is no data at all by 11:59 PM ET on 18 Oct, the market resolves to the lowest bracket.
