Resolves Yes if exactly 3 qualifying discretionary Codex/ChatGPT Work usage resets are announced or initiated on distinct ET calendar dates from Oct 12 to Oct 18, 2026 (counted by date, at most one per date), and otherwise No. It resolves No early if more than 3 occur. Scheduled resets, resets for selected users only, credits and API resets do not count.
